Skip the wait on hold, utilize your patient portal!  Through patient portal, patients can send and receive non-urgent messages and information from our care team, view test results, notify our practice of changes to personal information, request a refill for a medication prescribed by a provider at our practice, view upcoming and previous appointments, request an appointment, view and/or print your current medications and allergies list, receive educational materials, and more!

Stay up-to-date with your health care by scheduling your 2025 annual preventative visit.  Conveniently schedule appointments online 24/7.  If you are unable to schedule online, please call our care team at 716-662-7008 during regular calling hours.

An annual preventive visit, such as an annual: Physical, Wellness Visit or Well Child Check are great opportunities to inform your healthcare provider of any changes to you or your child's health & wellbeing. Together you can discuss health goals and make a plan of action with sustained support from your Inspired Health Group care team.
