Practitioners

Dr. Rob Erickson is a Board Certified Family Physician.  As a Diplomate in the American Board of Family Medicine and the Academy of Integrative Health, he believes that wellness and ultimate wholeness occurs when the Body, Mind, and Spirit are in harmony with one another.  This has inspired Dr Rob to innovate practices that create a stronger presence of a patient’s voice in the delivery of their care.  He opened the doors to IHG in 2001 with his wife and practice partner, Dr Jen Erickson, with the mission "to care for the whole person including Body, Mind, and Spirit."  With over 25 years of experience, Dr Rob believes that medicine is relational, and is fortunate to have an Inspired team that continually demonstrates a passion for caring and serving their patients.

Dr. Jennifer Erickson is a Board Certified Family Physician.  For over 30 years, Dr. Jen has cared for patients in family practice, hospital and at home care settings.  Dr Jen opened the doors to Inspired Health Group (IHG) in 2001 with her husband, Robert Erickson, DO.  Their practice now proudly includes two generations of Erickson primary care providers, continuing IHG's legacy of providing high quality healthcare with a Body, Mind, and Spirit care approach.  Dr. Jen inspires patients to be the best they can be in their health & wellness.  

Dr. David Erickson is a Board-Certified Family Practitioner and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr Dave graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a BS in science in 2013.  He then graduated from St. George's University School of Medicine in 2018, and completed his family medicine residency in 2021 at the University of Buffalo. Son of IHG founders, Dr. Robert and Dr. Jennifer Erickson, Dr. Dave officially joined IHG in 2021.  Realizing many of his patients are interested in exceptional, safe, and innovative medical spa services, Dr. Erickson founded Inspired Aesthetics Medical Spa in 2023 as an extension of care and wellbeing services that he can offer to patients.  When not caring for patients at IHG and Inspired Aesthetics, Dr. Dave is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast.

Dr. Michael Doldan (Dr. Mike) is a Board-Certified Family Practitioner and a member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.  He joined our Inspired Health Group care team in 2024.  Dr Mike graduated from Niagara University with a BS in science in 1997. He then graduated from Roswell Park Cancer Institute with a Masters of Natural Sciences. He then attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Family Medicine Residency at Sisters Hospital. 

Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Betsy Mikac, officially joined the IHG team in 2020 amid the pandemic. Daughter of IHG founders, Drs Jen & Rob Erickson, Betsy has been involved with IHG for most of her life. Betsy has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and Master of Science in Nursing.

We are delighted to welcome Family Nurse Practitioner, Charles W. Burns, to our Inspired Health Group care team!  With 20+ years of experience in family practice, Charles is board certified under the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and has been the recipient of the health care heroes award in 2003. New and existing patients may now schedule appointments with him at our practice by calling 716-662-7008.

Nurse Practitioner, Kaitlin Dragonette, joined Inspired Health Group (IHG) in the fall of 2024. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from D'Youville College in 2018, and has 6 years of nursing experience. Furthering her education, Kaitlin graduated with her Master's Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from D'Youville College in 2022. 

Kathryn Gordon (KT) joined our Inspired Health Group care team in 2024 as a Nurse Practitioner.  With over a decade of experience in nursing, KT has cared for patients in a variety of settings, including urgent care.  KT earned a Master's degree in the Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner program at Daemen University in December 2023.  In recognition of her outstanding achievements and efforts during her time at Daemen, KT was honored to receive an invitation to join Sigma Theta Tau International, one of the most esteemed honor societies in nursing.  When not caring for patients at Inspired Health Group, KT enjoys spending time outside. 

Physician Assistant, Mark Eberhard, joined the Inspired Health Team in spring of 2019.  Mark graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's of Science in Biology and furthered his education by earning a Bachelor's of Science and a Master's of Science in Physician Assistant studies from D'Youville College.

Physician Assistant, Valerie McDonald, joined our Inspired Health Group team in 2011. She graduated from Niagara University with her Bachelor's Degree in Science, and received her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Daemen College. 

Physician Assistant, Darren Holland, joined our Inspired Health Group team in 2012. Darren went to Daemen College and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Science and a Masters degree in Physician Assistant studies. 

Physician Assistant, Lauren Robinson, joined our Inspired Health Team in 2018.  She attended Physician Assistant school at D'Youville College and graduated in 2017. Lauren is an energetic and compassionate individual with a passion for medicine and being in collaborative partnerships with the patients that she cares for. 

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Nicole Moretta, has been part of the Inspired Health Group team since 2016.  Nicole graduated with a Masters Degree in Nutrition from D’Youville College, and is a Certified Lifestyle Coach for the National Diabetes Prevention Program that is provided here at Inspired Health Group.

Kathleen's practice is focused on establishing a supportive relationship with her clients.  She is compassionate and believes we all have the capacity to change and experience personal growth. She enjoys activities that promote her own personal growth.  Kathleen values her connectedness with people and believes we all have life experiences that can be challenging and worthy of support from others.
