God’s Love is steadfast, inclusive, unconditional & unending regardless of the storms that assail it. It is one of the most powerful forces in all of life. When we live from a place of true pure undiluted Love, it has the power to heal us in mind, body & spirit & to change the lives of others when we share it with one another.

The Nature of Love
In the secular culture we live in, the month of February is generally associated with the celebration of Valentine’s Day, a day set aside to acknowledge & celebrate love & friendships. I am certain there are situations were love or loving feelings are truly felt & celebrated. Unfortunately, however, the word “Love” is a word in our culture that been used so frequently & casually that it has become somewhat diluted. Love is far more than a quick; “I love you” statement that fades away when the storms arrive. We read in the Bible that true undiluted Love is from God. God’s character, in all His holiness, is the definition of love. Therefore, as we reflect on God’s character, we see that pure undiluted love is; patient, kind, compassionate, caring, gentle & forgiving. The true undiluted Love of God does not rejoice in wrongdoing but rejoices in the truth. God’s Love is steadfast, inclusive, unconditional & unending regardless of the storms that assail it. It is one of the most powerful forces in all of life. When we live from a place of true pure undiluted Love, it has the power to heal us in mind, body & spirit & to change the lives of others when we share it with one another.
The Source of Love
Pure Love began at the time of creation when God, the proclaimed Creator of the universe, created all humankind in His image. As such, all humans were & are created with the capacity to live reflecting the character of God. Therefore, the true meaning of the word Love, by its very nature is inclusive since we are all children of God. As stated in the book of 1 John; “Love is from God. Everyone who loves is born of God & knows God. God’s Love abides in each of us...”. No one has ever seen God, but if we love one another, God lives in us & His Love is brought to full expression through each one of us.
