Chia Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cold green tea
  • 1 cup full-fat can of unsweetened non-dairy milk of your choice
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries no added sugar
  • 1/3 cup frozen mango no added sugar
  • Handful of baby spinach
  • Ice – about ¼ cup or until desired thickness

Directions

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Best served immediately.
