It's Pumpkin Spice season! Enjoy this classic fall flavor without all of the added sugar with this Nutritionist approved Pumpkin Spice Coffee recipe!
Add 1 tsp pumpkin spice blend to every ¼ cup of ground coffee and make your coffee as usual.
For a latte, whisk 2 Tbsp of pumpkin puree and 2 tsps maple syrup with 1 cup of milk of your choice (use a frother to get a coffee house foam).
Add about ½ a cup of the pumpkin milk (or to taste) to 1 cup of the pumpkin spice coffee.
Garnish with pumpkin spice as desired! The pumpkin milk will last in the fridge for 3 days.
