Since it’s been unseasonably warm the last few days and it seems like there is no sign of slowing down, I broke out the grill again. I love making grilled chicken, it’s so quick and easy and there are so many options. Take advantage of the remaining nice weather and get out and grill.
What you’ll need
4 Large Chicken Breasts
1 Cup Balsamic Dressing
1 Gallon Ziplock bag
Nonstick Spray
Start by placing your chicken breasts in the ziplock bag with your balsamic dressing, or marinade of your choosing. Refrigerate this overnight for best results. When you’re ready to grill your chicken, about a half hour before take your chicken out of the fridge and let it warm up to about room temp. This will help your chicken cook more evenly.
Preheat your grill with a low to medium flame. Spray your grill and place your chicken on with the lid closed. Cook for about 10 – 12 minutes on each side or until the inside reads 165 degrees F.
Pair this with some mixed veggies and some jasmine rice for a meal the whole family is sure to love.
