Pineapple Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 1 small pineapple
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup agave
  • Mint sprigs

Directions:

  1. Cut pineapple into 2 inch pies. Please pineapple and lemon juice in food processor, process until smooth. Add sugar; process for 1 minute or until sugar dissolves.
  2. Pour mixture into a freezer container and freeze for 3 hours.
