Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shelled edamame
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3 small garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. avocado oil
  • 5 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients.
  2. Pulse to mix, then process until creamy smooth, but thick enough to dip. Add water if too thick.
