Wellness & Healing Garden Clean-Up
We took a day off from treating patients to tend to our Wellness & Healing Garden Path. This walking garden pathway, includes benches and exists outside the building behind the parking lot at the back of the building
On Friday, June 11, we closed the office for appointments to spruce up our Healing Garden. Our team rolled up their sleeves to tend to the earth for the day. Gardening together outside reminded us of the unique health & wellness benefits we gain from being outside.
Outdoor activities can elevate our mood, reduce our stress levels, boost our immune system, improve sleep quality & enhance our concentration.
Thank you to our hardworking team who collectively pitched in on our garden clean-up! Our walking garden pathway, includes benches and exists behind our building as a relaxed outdoor space. We are grateful to share our Wellness & Healing Garden with Inspired Health Group patients & community members.
