Capri Sun Wild Cherry Flavored Drink Recall
Kraft Heinz has announced a voluntary recall of approximately 5,760 cases of Capri Sun Wild Cherry Flavored Juice Drink Blend beverages.
Cause of the Recall:
Upon investigation following several customer complaints about the flavor of their product, Kraft Heinz discovered that cleaning solution, which is used on food processing equipment, entered 5,760 cases of Capri Sun Wild Cherry Flavored Juice Drink Blend beverages during production.
Affected products:
The current recall only affects Capri Sun Wild Cherry Flavored Juice Drink Blend beverages made and sold in the United States. The “Best When Used By” date on the products is June 25, 2023.
What to do if you have a Contaminated Product:
Consumers who purchased these items should not consume the product. The products can be returned to the store where they were purchased. Contact Kraft Heinz from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, at 1-800-280-8252 to see if a product is part of the recall and to receive reimbursement.
