At your next Inspired Health Group appointment, a survey link can be sent to you via text or email (with your permission) and you will have the opportunity to let us know how well we did during your visit. We set a high standard for ourselves and your feedback is always helpful! WelliQ also provides the opportunity for our team members to receive recognition, and to address any concerns that may arise.
