Our Condolences to the Jefferson Community

The Inspired Health Group team is devastated by the violent act that occurred in the Jefferson community on May 14, 2022. We condemn any expression of racism and hate in our beloved City of Good Neighbors, and in any neighborhood. As we rebuild, we mourn the senseless taking of lives in our community and all communities, from Uvalde and beyond.

We extend our deepest condolences to the loved ones of Celestine Chaney, Roberta Drury, Andre Mackniel, Katherine Massey, Margus D. Morrison, Heyward Patterson, Aaron W. Salter, Geraldine Talley, Ruth Whitfield, and Pearl Young, and all of those impacted by this attack in Buffalo.

Our family practice is grounded in a mind, body, and spirit philosophy that expands our modalities of care.  We call upon our spirituality and faith to guide us ahead as we come together in community to mourn, comfort, and heal.  

Let faith be our beacon of light in the darkness of grief and anger, guiding us to act in support, understanding, and love of our community.

 
Mr. Rogers once said:

“When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, ‘Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.’ To this day, especially in times of ‘disaster,’ I remember my mother’s words, and I am always comforted by realizing that there are still so many helpers — so many caring people in this world.”
