Erie County Department of Health's (ECDOH) Office of Health Equity (OHE) vision is for all populations in Erie County, NY to achieve maximum health and wellness. Existing data shows that health experiences amongst people vary depending on their community within Erie County. Information provided by participants in this survey can help ECDOH identify and support effective solutions to improve the health & wellbeing of Erie County residents.
