Tired of dealing with seasonal allergies?  It's time to work with your doctor to seek relief!

Seek Relief from Seasonal Allergies

If you sneeze and cough during certain times of the year, you may have seasonal allergies.

However, occasional allergies aren’t something you have to live with! Work together with your doctor to make a plan to identify the cause of your allergies and the best ways to reduce your symptoms.

When you know what causes your symptoms, you can take steps to avoid your triggers!

• Plan around pollen! Know which pollens you are sensitive to and monitor pollen counts. In spring and summer, during tree and grass pollen season, levels are highest in the evening.
• Keep windows and doors shut at home and in your car during allergy season.
• Take a shower, wash your hair and change your clothes after you’ve been working or playing outdoors.
• Wear a N95 filter mask when mowing the lawn or doing other chores outdoors.

Message us in your patient portal if you're ready to no longer suffer from seasonal allergies!  Your healthcare provider can refer you to an allergist and help you navigate medications if needed.
