After spending more than a decade caring for patients at Inspired Health Group (IHG), Physician Assistant, Darren Holland, will be leaving our family practice as of March 14, 2025. We are saddened by the news of his departure; however, we are excited for Darren to have the opportunity to live closer to his family out of state. Our practice’s foundation is built on family values, and we deeply understand and appreciate the unconditional support family can provide.

Darren Holland joined our team at IHG in 2012. Over his years at IHG, he has built strong, lasting relationships with patients and team members alike. Playing a vital role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of patients, we are grateful for Darren’s 12 years of dedication to providing full and complete individual care to our patients.
We understand that the trusted relationship you have built with Darren is important and we will make every effort to ensure that your health care needs continue to be met in the manner which you are accustomed to. Our practice’s intention is to keep Darren’s connection with our practice open. However, as we work out this transition, we are encouraging Darren’s patients to get established with another provider at IHG to ensure they are able to continue timely, regular healthcare visits. Our care team can help you get established with a new provider via patient portal or phone. Appointments remain available with Darren through March 14, 2025.
About Darren
Physician Assistant, Darren Holland, joined our Inspired Health Group team in 2012. Darren went to Daemen College and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Science and a Masters degree in Physician Assistant studies.
Darren grew up in the southern tier and has experience working in an emergency room prior to joining our IHG team, and also currently works in urgent care. In his free time, Darren enjoys spending time with his new baby boy, hiking & running.
