So this week I thought we’d switch things up a bit and so I’m giving you three recipes in one. Things on toast has become very popular over the last year. It’s something that’s quick, easy and can be pretty healthy over all. These are three of my favorites. None of these take more than a few minutes to put together and they all make a great snack!

 

Things On Toast

Tomato on Toast

What you’ll need:

Bread

Mayo

Avocado Spread

Two Slices of Tomato

Cracked Black Pepper

Start by toasting your bread to your desired toastyness. Then spread a thin layer of mayo on your toast, followed by your avocado and then tomatoes. Top with some cracked black pepper and enjoy.

 

Fried Egg on Toast

What you’ll need

Bread

Avocado Spread

Fried Egg

Green Onions

Salt and Pepper

Once again toast your bread to start. Evenly distribute your avocado spread over your bread. Then place your fried egg on top, make sure you leave the yoke a little runny (makes it fun).  Then top with your green onions. Salt and pepper to taste.

 

Smoked Salmon on Toast

What you’ll need:

Bread

Cream Cheese

Smoked Salmon

Fresh Dill

You know the drill, toast that bread. Let your cream cheese soften before spreading it on that toast. Layer your smoked salmon over the cream cheese and top with fresh dill.
