Attention patients!  There has been a recent change to how your statements are sent to you.  Notifications of outstanding balance are now being sent by text and email.

8/4/2025: The current Air Quality Index (AQI) in WNY is unhealthy. An Air Quality Health Alert is in active in our region.  Monitor your local AQI and take action to reduce your exposure to polluted air.
