Message your Care Team in the Patient Portal
Your patient portal is a great tool in your health and wellness journey. Use your patient portal for non-urgent communication with your care team, such as:
- Ask your IHG care team non-urgent clinical questions and get answers directly in your inbox
- View your test results
- Request a refill for a medication prescribed by a provider at the practice
- Receive messages from your IHG care team, including educational materials, screening reminders, and more
- Easily notify the practice of changes to your personal information, including phone number, address, and insurance changes
- View upcoming and previous appointments, including the doctor and location of those appointments
- View and/or print your current medications and allergies list
