Tis' the season to gather around the table and share your favorite holiday foods with the ones you love.  As you pull out your traditional holiday recipes, we hope to inspire you to swap one or two of those classic recipes for something new.  Perhaps something made with more whole food ingredients, more plants, and less sugar.  

Throughout our health and wellness journeys, we may need access to different types of medical equipment such as wheelchairs, transport chairs, knee scooters and so on.  Fortunately, there are a variety of locations that loan out equipment for FREE across WNY.

When we recognize God & the goodness & beauty of all that He has created & all that He gives to us, it will turn our hearts from the suffering, indifference, hopelessness & despair of life that we experience from time to time, into praiseful, prayerful & hopeful rejoicing, which will naturally fill our hearts with the peace that surpasses all earthly understanding. 

On November 26th, the day before Thanksgiving, blood donors are welcomed inside Highmark Stadium’s Toyota Club for a blood drive from 9am to 3pm. 

Every community in the country is home to people and families who face hunger.  Connect with food resources or help a neighbor, family member or friend find access to meals and groceries.
