Our care team is available by phone during the following time frames:
- Monday: 8:00am-4:00pm
- Tuesday: 8:00am-4:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:00am-4:00pm
- Thursday: 8:00am-4:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am-3:00pm
After-hours care line:
It's after hours and you urgently need to speak to a provider... what do you do?!
Patients with an urgent medical concern can reach an IHG provider 24/7 with our after-hours care line. Call our office and leave a message with our answering service to receive a call back from one of our on call providers.
If you feel you need immediate or urgent medical care, please consider a visit to any Western New York Immediate Care location, or another urgent care facility while our office is closed. For life-threatening emergencies, please go to your nearest hospital or call 911.
