Welcome Charles W. Burns, MSN, FNP-C to Inspired Heath Group

We are delighted to welcome Family Nurse Practitioner, Charles W. Burns, to our care team!

Beginning December 5, 2022, Charles (Chuck) will be caring for patients at Inspired Health Group. New and existing patients may now schedule appointments with him at our practice online or by calling 716-662-7008.  It is encouraged that Chuck's patients register as a patient with Inspired Health Group even if they are not in immediate need of an appointment.  This will allow patients to communicate with Chuck and schedule an appointment should the need arise.

With 20+ years of experience in family practice, Chuck is board certified under the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and has been the recipient of the health care heroes award in 2003. Chuck practices with the philosophy of knowing his patients on a personal level. This allows for a feeling of family at the office.

Thank you for entrusting me as part of your health & wellness team. It would be my honor to continue to provide you high quality care as I move to a new practice. My patients are like my family, and I look forward to continuing those relationships for many more years. Even if you are not in the immediate need of an appointment with me, I respectfully ask, that you please contact IHG at 716-662-7008 to register as a patient of the practice. Registering as a patient at IHG will allow us to communicate in the future should an occasion arise for an appointment or call with me.

Inspired Health Group is a family practice that has been caring for patients of all ages since 2001. Their current provider team consists of Dr Jennifer Erickson, Dr Robert Erickson and Dr David Erickson, Nurse Practitioner Betsy Mikac and Physician Assistants Valerie McDonald, Darren Holland, Lauren Robinson and Mark Eberhard. Their Body, Mind, and Spirit approach can be seen in their integrative healthcare services, such as body composition testing, onsite behavioral/mental health counseling, nutritional therapy, genetic testing, and pastoral care.

Located on Southwestern Blvd in the Orchard Park Professional Building behind Mercy Ambulatory Care Center, IHG is only 1.5 miles from Destination Wellness of WNY.
