We are aware of the recent announcement regarding the closure of Rite Aid pharmacies by the end of the month. If you have a Rite Aid pharmacy assigned as your primary pharmacy with Inspired Health Group, you need to update your patient record. At your earliest convenience, please select a new pharmacy for future scripts. We will require one week to forward all prescriptions, unless it is an urgent matter.

If you are unable to update your pharmacy information using your patient portal, you can also call our care team to make changes to your medical record. Our calling hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday 8am-3pm. Please ensure you have the pharmacy name and address of your new pharmacy ready at the time of your call.

In order to have a patient portal account you will need to already be a patient at our practice. To activate your account, you will need to receive an activation code from us. You can receive your activation code with instructions on how to activate your account by request at your next visit, or by calling our care team at 716-662-7008 during regular business calling hours.
Once you have received the code, you will be able to create your own username, password, and other login information used to verify your identity.
