Notifications of outstanding balance are now being sent to patients by text and email.   If you gave us permission to contact you by text or email, you may receive a communication related to your balance.  If you would like to change your communication preferences, please send a message to billing in your patient portal or call our care team during regular calling hours.  To request a copy of your full billing statement, please call our office during regular calling hours.
