The requirements placed on us as a primary care practice have continued to become much more onerous and demanding.  Recently The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services has given us the ability to charge your insurance company to help offset the expectations placed on us, including services that we provide which we currently don't get paid for.  By supporting APCM, you are investing in a better, long-term personalized care model that allows us to sustain our independent, intimate, non-institutional, small group atmosphere.
