Outdoor classes are another way to connect with others who enjoy similar physical activities and stay motivated to be active.
Independent Health and the YMCA are back for the tenth year, bringing free fitness classes outside for Western New Yorkers to safely enjoy, in addition to virtual classes you can join from home.
