2026 Sunscreen Guide from EWG

Every year, Environmental Working Group evaluates thousands of SPF products for safety, ingredient hazards, and efficacy, and publishes their findings into a resource guide.  It aims to help consumers find sunscreens that protect against UV damage without exposing them to potentially harmful chemicals.

For over a quarter-century, U.S. sunscreen ingredients available to formulators have remained largely unchanged.
