Pre-Check-In to your next Appointment from your Computer or Mobile Device
What is pre-check-in?
If you have gave Inspired Health Group (IHG) permission to contact you via text or email, you will receive and electronic pre-check-in link by text or email prior to your next appointment. The pre-check-in process will prompt you to provide some basic information that you may typically provide when you check-in at our office for your appointment. It may also give you the opportunity to fill out some paperwork electronically.
Patient Benefits of Pre-Check-In
There are several patient benefits to completing the the pre-check-in prior to your appointment, including, an expedited check-in at our office on the day of your appointment. Why rush to fill out paperwork in our waiting room as you wait to be called back to the exam room? Completing the pre-check-in process allows you to fill out paperwork and update your patient information at your own pace in the comfort of your home. Pre-check-in is a secure way to provide us with updated information. Taking the time to review and update some of the information we have on file for you can result in a more accurate and updated patient record.
What you may need to complete your pre-check-in?
To complete the pre-check-in for yourself or for another patient as a parent or legal guardian, you may need the following information:
- Date of birth
- Zip code
- Phone number
- Email address
- Address
- Driver's license or photo ID (in some instances)
- Pharmacy name and address
- Insurance Provider
- Insurance Card (in some instances)
- Emergency contact information: Name, phone number
- Information specific to patient to complete any screenings or questionnaires
