Notifications of Outstanding Balance are now being sent via Text and Email

Notifications of outstanding balance are now being sent to patients by text and email.   If you gave us permission to contact you via text or email, we will send notification with your balance due by text or email.  We are no longer sending out paper bills for outstanding balances.

To request a copy of your full billing statement, please call our office during regular calling hours.
