Utilizing technology to enhance patient care
At Inspired Health Group, we utilize technology, when appropriate, to enhance and support the high-quality care we provide for our patients. We have recently implemented a virtual assistant answering service on our phone line. If you call our office, your call will be answered by a virtual assistant that utilizes AI technology. The virtual assistant will ask you some questions to determine the reason for your call before connecting you to the appropriate member of our care team. This service is HIPAA-compliant and designed to understand natural speech. You may not even realize you are speaking to a virtual assistant!
Virtual assistants are used widely across healthcare settings. They can reduce patient wait times when trying to contact their healthcare provider by phone, improve patient accessibility, and increase our effectiveness in getting patients the care and information they need. Your feedback is important to us.
