Rite Aid pharmacy closures:
We are aware of the recent announcement regarding the closure of Rite Aid pharmacies at the end of the month. At this time, we are uncertain if your current Rite Aid location will continue to operate under a different name.
If you wish to transfer your prescriptions to another pharmacy, you may do so through your patient portal or by calling our office. Please ensure you have the name and location of the new pharmacy ready. We will require one week to forward all prescriptions, unless it is an urgent matter.
